Our Office TEAM
ANDREA
Andrea is our Clinic Manager and Insurance Coordinator and oversees the daily operations of B/CS Women’s Health. She has known Dr. Walter for many years and is dedicated to helping our office run smoothly while making sure our patients receive the care and support they need.
Born and raised in Bryan, Andrea is a proud Aggie and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Education. Her passion for helping others has carried into her role at B/CS Women’s Health, where she enjoys assisting women of all ages in accessing the medical care they need.
One of Andrea’s favorite parts of working at B/CS Women’s Health is getting to know and help patients throughout all stages of life. She also loves the special moments when our littlest visitors come to the office, and especially enjoys getting to hold the babies!
Outside of the office, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her kids at their sporting events, and traveling whenever she gets the opportunity.
VALERIE
Valerie is our Front Desk and Clinic Scheduler and is often the friendly face that greets you when you walk through the doors of B/CS Women’s Health. She has known Dr. Walter for two years and enjoys being part of a team that helps make each patient’s experience a positive one.
Born and raised in Bryan, Valerie is married and is a proud dog mom to two dogs. Her favorite part of working at B/CS Women’s Health is learning new things and continuing to grow in her role.
Outside of the office, Valerie enjoys going for walks and spending quality time with her husband.
Our Medical Team
CRYSTAL
Crystal is a valued member of the B/CS Women’s Health team and serves as one of our clinic Medical Assistants. She has worked alongside Dr. Walter for more than 10 years and brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and dedication to her role.
Born and raised in Bryan, Crystal is married and is a proud mom of two children. She loves being part of our patients’ pregnancy journeys and says her favorite part of working at B/CS Women’s Health is caring for and supporting patients throughout this special time in their lives.
Crystal has plans to return to school in the future to further her education and earn her LVN. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and making memories together.

MELANIE
Melanie is our Ultrasound Technologist and brings 19 years of experience as an OB/GYN sonographer to B/CS Women’s Health. She has known Dr. Walter for more than 15 years and is passionate about providing compassionate care and creating a positive experience for every patient.
Originally from Cameron, Texas, Melanie is a proud mom of two children. She lives on a ranch and stays busy caring for her cattle when she’s not at the office.
Melanie’s favorite part of working at B/CS Women’s Health is being part of OB/GYN care and seeing the smiles on families’ faces when they see their baby for the first time. She also loves helping patients, getting to know them, and being part of their journey.
Outside of the office, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and life on the ranch.
MISTY
Misty is an important part of the B/CS Women’s Health team, serving as our Clinic Nurse and Surgery Scheduler. She has worked alongside Dr. Walter for more than five years and is dedicated to helping our patients receive compassionate, personalized care.
Originally from Brenham, Misty graduated from Blinn College’s LVN program and brings her experience and caring personality to our practice every day.
Misty’s favorite part of working at B/CS Women’s Health is being part of a team that works together to provide the best possible care for women through all the different stages of their lives.
Outside of the office, Misty enjoys spending time with her awesome little family, including her husband and daughter, as well as their sweet granddog. She also enjoys caring for her plants and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
