Dr. Ryan Walter was born and raised in Dickinson, TX, just south of Houston. He graduated Cum Laude from Texas Christian University, where he also played collegiate baseball for the Horned Frogs. Dr. Walter earned his medical degree from the University of Texas – Houston in the Medical Center, followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida. During his residency, he served as chief resident and received the resident educator of the year award.

In 2003, Dr. Walter married his wife, Andrea Patranella Walter, who grew up in Bryan, TX. They have three children – Carson, Cameron, and Connor. Dr. Walter has been an active member of the B/CS community for over 16 years and looks forward to opening his own clinic, where he plans to continue providing compassionate, high-quality health care in a more personalized setting.
